About this website
This website describes Vance AI’s receptionist software for plumbing companies. Using the site means you agree to these terms.
Information on this site
We work to keep this site accurate, but it is general information, not an offer or a contract. Product details can change. Examples on this site, including shop names, customers, addresses and conversations, are fictional and show how the software is intended to work.
Purchases
Buying Vance AI software is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the package, price, running costs, support, usage rights and other terms. If that agreement and this website differ, the agreement applies.
Ownership
The content of this site, the Vance AI name and the Vance AI software and its code belong to Vance AI. A purchase gives the buyer the rights described in its agreement; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or code.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, overload it or copy it in bulk.
No warranty on the website
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Vance AI isn’t liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. Commitments about the software are set out in each customer’s agreement.
